Seniors complete the google form

The family introductions with seniors will take place before the match.  Families should arrive by 5:45 pm and when the JV match is just about over, meet in the hall by the team side door.    Families will line up in hall with their player and be introduced and a photo will be taken.

Morgan's Message Dedication Match - October 1st at 6 pm

october 1st vs bishop Ludden / 6 pm / JE High School

The varsity volleyball match between Jordan-Elbridge and Bishop Ludden will honor the life and legacy of Morgan Rodgers. 


Morgan was a former student-athlete at Duke University who tragically passed away in July 2019 after facing mental health challenges. This dedication match serves to raise awareness about mental health issues. 


Morgan’s Message was created by her family and former teammates with the mission to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health, normalize the conversations about mental health and to ensure that mental health is treated equally to physical health for all student-athletes.

This event was initiated by JE Volleyball Team Captains - Brooke Chiaramonte, Sydney Parsons and Claire Brown.

ICYMI - Morning Announcements

WEEDSSPORT (sECTIONAL FINALS) w 3-2

 In case you missed it, the Varsity Volleyball team clinched the Class C Section III Championship on Saturday with a thrilling victory over Weedsport. The Eagles will now move on to Regionals this Saturday.


The match was a rollercoaster, with the Eagles down two sets before mounting a dramatic comeback.


In the third set, Zoie Karcz sparked the rally with six consecutive serves, followed by Madison Clochessy's incredible stretch of nine straight serves, including three kills.


The fourth set saw the Eagles trailing 14-18, but Sydney Parsons stepped up with four straight serves, two of which were aces. Karcz then sealed the set with four serves, including an ace of her own. Brenna Tubbert also made a huge play at the net, keeping the Eagles in the game.

In the tiebreaker, the Eagles were down by three points but quickly rallied, taking a four-point lead after Brooke Chiaramonte served four consecutive points. Parsons served the match point, and Karcz finished it off with a decisive kill to seal the win.


It was an unforgettable comeback, and now the Eagles are headed to Regionals!

CATO-MERIDIAN 10/21/24 (W) 3-1

The girls varsity volleyball team improved their record to 12-6 with an impressive 3-1 win over Cato Meridian during Senior Night.


Brooke Chiaramonte was a standout, leading the team with 21 service points, 17 digs, and 2 kills. Despite an injury that limited her to just the first set, Sydney Parsons made an impact with 4 kills and 4 service aces in that time.


Brenna Tubbert also shined with 8 kills and a block, while Abby DelFavero contributed 5 kills and 2 blocks. Claire Brown showcased her defensive skills with 22 digs and 2 assists, and Zoie Karcz achieved a career-high 7 kills in just 3 sets. Emily Chiaramonte played an excellent defensive game and added 2 kills to the team’s efforts.


Congratulations to the team on a fantastic performance!

lafayette 10/17/24 (L) 0-3

The varsity volleyball team faced a tough Lafayette squad last night, losing in closely contested sets: 22-25, 27-29, and 21-25.


Abby DelFavero led the Eagles offensively with 9 kills and a block, while Sydney Parsons added 7 kills and a block. Brenna Tubbert also made a solid contribution with 6 kills.


Bishop Grimes 10/15/24 (L) 0-3

The varsity volleyball team saw their 9 match win streak come to an end last night against the undefeated Bishop Grimes Cobras. 


Despite the team struggling to establish an offensive rhythm, Sydney Parsons recorded 6 kills and 6 service points, while Izzy Jay contributed with 2 kills and 13 digs.    Abby DelFavero had 2 kills and 2 blocks.

The Eagles are home against Lafayette tomorrow night at 6 pm. 

LAFAYETTE 10/17/.24 (L) 0-3

The varsity volleyball team faced a tough Lafayette squad last night, losing in closely contested sets: 22-25, 27-29, and 21-25..


Abby DelFavero led the Eagles offensively with 9 kills and a block, while Sydney Parsons added 7 kills and a block. Brenna Tubbert also made a solid contribution with 6 kills.

SAS 10/11/24 - (w) 3- 0

The varsity volleyball team boosted their record to 11-4 on Friday, clinching the title of League Champions for the second consecutive year.


Sydney Parsons led the Eagles with 7 kills and 6 serving aces. Abby DelFavero contributed 5 kills and a block, while Kennedy Muench and Izzy Jay each added 3 kills.


Zoie Karcz excelled at serving, going 17 for 18 with 16 points and 4 aces. Claire Brown made an impressive impact on defense with 21 digs.

CATO-MERIDIAN 10/9/24 - (w) 3-1

The varsity volleyball team defeated Cato last night 3 sets to 1. 


Leading the Eagles offensively were Abby DelFavero and Sydney Parsons  each with 11 kills and 2 blocks.


Zoie Karcz had 7 kills, 22 digs, 21 assists and 15 service points.

Claire Brown was steady at Libero with 21 defensive digs.

Brooke Chiaramonte had 17 digs and 15 assists as well as 15 service points and 3 kills.  


ITC 10/7/24 (w) 3-1

The varsity volleyball team improved their record to 9 and 4 last night defeating ITC.

Sydney Parson led the Eagles with 9 kills and 4 serving aces.

Madison Clochessy had a career-high 7 kills.

Zoie Karcz and Izzy Jay each had 17 serving points with Karcz also grabbing 11 assists and 4 kills.

Claire Brown had 14 defensive digs.

The Eagles continue to chase the league title as they travel Cato tomorrow night. .


HANNIBAL 10/3/24 (w) 1-3

Varsity Volleyball improved their record to 8 and 4 last night as they defeated Hannibal in 3 sets.

Zoie Karcz led the Eagles in serving 2ith 15 points and a career high 9 serving aces and 6 kills.

Abby DelFavero and  Sydney Parsons each had 3 kills and Brenna Tubbert had 2 blocks and a kill.

BISHOP LUDDEN 10/2/24 - (w) 3-0

The varsity volleyball team has improved their record to 7 and 4 after defeating Bishop Ludden in 3 sets.


Key players included Abby DelFavero, who recorded 7 kills and 1 block, and Brenna Tubbert, who contributed with 3 blocks and 2 kills


Madison Clochessy and Zoie Karcz also made significant contributions, each adding 3 kills to the team's overall performance.

PHOENIX 9/27/24 - (W) 3-0

The varsity volleyball team upset the Phoenix firebirds on Friday evening taking a close 3 set sweep. 25-21, 25-22  and 25-23.


Sydney Parsons led the Eagles with 8 kills and a block and had the deciding ace in the 3rd set for the win.


Zoie Karcz contributed 6 kills, 5 serving aces and 12 assists. Brenna Tubbert was strong at the net with 3 kills and a career-high 3 blocks for the match.


Madison Clochessy had 8 defensive digs, 6 serving points with 3 aces.


APW - (W) 3-0

The girls' varsity volleyball team improved their record to 5-4 last night with a victory over APW.


Abby DelFavero led the Eagles with 7 kills and delivered an impressive serving performance, going 13 for 15 and earning 11 service points.


Zoie Karcz also had a strong showing, serving 13 for 14 with 6 aces.


Izzy Jay and Brenna Tubbert each contributed 3 kills, while Sydney Parsons added 4 kills and 3 serving aces.


The Lady Eagles will be back on their home court tonight at 6 PM, facing off against the 6-1 Phoenix Firebirds.


LIVING WORD ACADEMY9/24/24 - 3-1 (W)

The varsity volleyball team secured another victory last night, defeating  Living Word with a score of 3 sets to 1


Lanora Smith stepped up admirably at libero, recording 11 digs.

Zoie Karcz led the team with 7 kills and contributed 16 service points.

Abby DelFavero added 5 kills and 1 block to the team's efforts.

Brenna Tubbert achieved a career-high performance at the net with 4 kills and 3 blocks, while Sydney Parsons also made a significant impact with 3 blocks and 14 service points.


WEEDSPORT 9/19/2024 (W) 3-0

The varsity volleyball team achieved a decisive victory against Weedsport last night, winning in three sets.


Abby DelFavero and Sydney Parsons each recorded 5 kills, while Madison Clochessy and Zoie Karcz contributed with 3 kills apiece.


Breanna Tubbert made a notable impact with JE’s only block of the match and added 2 kills.


Zoie Karcz excelled in serving, going a perfect 19 for 19, earning 14 service points and 5 aces.

Claire Brown also had an impressive performance, tallying 10 service points, including 7 aces, and contributing 13 digs on defense.


lafayette 9/18/24 (L) 1-3

The varsity volleyball team had their strongest performance of the season last night, but fell to LaFayette in four sets.

Izzy Jay excelled in serving, achieving 17 out of 18 serves and contributing 14 points. Sydney Parsons had a perfect serving record and recorded 5 kills.

Madison Clochessy served 8 for 10, adding 2 aces and 2 kills to the team's efforts. Abby DelFavero contributed with 4 kills, while Brenna Tubbert added 3 kills. Defensively, Claire Brown was a standout, accumulating 22 digs.

The team will be back in action tonight, with the junior varsity match starting at 4:30 PM, followed by the varsity match at 6 PM.


ontech 9/16/24 (W) 3-0

The varsity volleyball team defeated OnTech  in 3 sets.

Strong servers were:

Brooke Chiaramonte with 6 aces and 23 points

Zoie Karcz with 7 aces and 17 points

Abby DelFavero with 4 aces and 10 points

Sydney Parsons had 5 kills and Brenna Tubbert had 4 kills.


OCS 9/12/24 (W) 3-0

The varsity volleyball defeated OCS last night in three sets straight.

Zoie Karc led the eagles serving 17 for 18 with 14 points and 6 aces.

Sydney Parsons had 4 kills and 12 serving points with 5 aces.

Brooke Chiaramonte served 100% with 11 points and 3 aces.

Brenna Tubbert had 6 kills and a block.

Madeline Slater went 4 for 4 serving and 1 kill.


HAMILTON 9/10/24 (l) 0-3

The varsity volleyball team lost to Hamilton last night 3 sets to zero last night.

Serving 100% were Brooke Chiaramonte and Zoe Karcz

Izzy Jay was 100% with 6 serving points and 2 aces.


SKANEATeLES 9/6/24 (L) 2-3

On Friday night the girls varsity volleyball dropped the first 2 sets to Skaneateles with scores of 9 to 25 and 15 to 25, but came back to win the 3rd and 4th set 25 to 16 and 25 to 19.

The Eagles fell short in the quick deciding set to 15 and lost the match.

  • Claire Brown had 17 defensive digs and served 9 for 10 with 6 points and an ace.
  • Abby DelFavero had 2 kills and 2 huge blocks
  • Sydney Parsons had 6 kills
  • Kennedy Muench had her first 2 kills and 1 block as a varsity player.


Cazenovia 9/4/24 (l) 1-3

The girls varsity volleyball team opened their season with a competitive match against Cazenovia last night forcing the match to 4 sets.  JE fell short in the 4th set and lost the match 3 to 1.

  • Leading the Eagles offensively was Brenna Tubbert with 6 kills and 1 block. 
  • Abby DelFaverao had 4 kills and 1 block
  • Brooke Chiarmonte was the leading server for JE with 10 points and 3 aces.
  • Zoie Karcz had 2 kills, 1 block and 16 assists and 8 serving points with 2 aces.
