JE Wraps Up Their Season
The varsity volleyball team wrapped up the season in the sectional semifinals on November 5th. They played tough, taking the #1 seed Bishop Ludden Grimes 25-19 in the first set and kept it close in the last 3.
Huge congrats to Zoie Karcz for a season of hard work and for breaking JE’s all-time career assist record! - 777.

Gabriella Smart - Most Outstanding Player Fall 2021 & Second Team All-League
Captain #34 Gabriella Smart. This was Smart’s 3rd season on the varsity squad and this fall she racked up 104 serving aces, 143 kills and 24 impressive blocks. Her play at the net was outstanding and exciting to watch. Gabriella Smart -- you will definitely be missed.
Smart also earned First Team All-League. 104 Aces, 143 Kills and 24 blocks
Brooke Chiaramonte - Coaches Award Fall 2021
Brooke Chiarmonte, a freshmen - Brooke has that do anything-for the team attitude. During the season, Brooke became so much more than a backup setter…she became tough on defense, a good server and most important a dedicated teammate. Congratulations Brooke - we can’t wait to see what you accomplish in the next 3 seasons.
Sarah Lane - 2nd Team All League
Sarah Lane was and is one of JE's top performers. Although Sarah's stats speak for themselves with 197 Assists, 71 Aces and 52 digs, her biggest stat is her connection/comfort on the court with her teammates.
